Revenue

Every lead gets the right follow-up at the right time, automatically.

HubSpot or Salesforce setup, lead routing, qualification automation, nurture sequences, and sales enablement so every lead is worked the same way.

The problem

Why most teams get this wrong.

What buyers experience

Leads come in. Sometimes someone follows up. Sometimes the rep is on holiday. Sometimes the form fill never makes it into the CRM. Hot leads cool. Cold leads pile up. Sales blames marketing for quality; marketing blames sales for follow-up. CRM is an inbox no one checks.

Why current approaches fail

Most B2B teams operate the CRM like a glorified contact list. Lead routing is manual. Follow-up depends on which rep is fastest that day. Nurture is a Mailchimp campaign nobody updates. Half the value of inbound is lost between form fill and sales call.

What's possible instead

Every lead routed within 30 seconds to the right rep. Auto-confirmation in the lead's inbox within a minute. If no booking in 48 hours, automated nurture takes over. Sales has a documented playbook and the dashboards to run it. Inbound becomes a system, not a scramble.

What we do

Built, shipped, and tied to a number.

  • 01

HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive / Attio setup or rebuild

  • 02

    Lead routing rules — round-robin, account-based, owner-based

  • 03

Qualification automation — MQL→SQL scoring + handoff triggers

  • 04

    Nurture sequences — welcome, post-demo, lost-deal reactivation

  • 05

Sales playbook — call structure, objection handling, demo script

  • 06

Sales dashboards — pipeline by source, by rep, by stage

  • 07

    Team training + adoption support

Our process

Four phases. Each gated by sign-off.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

Map current state — CRM, routing, follow-up, nurture, reporting. Find the cracks.

  2. Step 02

    Build

Rebuild CRM structure. Wire routing, scoring, triggers, sequences, dashboards. Two to four weeks.

  3. Step 03

    Automate

Every standard motion — confirmation emails, follow-ups, nurture, lost-deal reactivation — runs without sales touching it.

  4. Step 04

    Enable

Train the team. Document the playbook. Coach the first 30 days of usage so adoption sticks.

Engagement

Starts at

$10,000

Setup $10K–$30K depending on CRM complexity + team size. Ongoing optimisation + admin $3K–$6K/mo (optional but most clients keep it).

We publish minimums because gating prices is a tell.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

We already have HubSpot. Do you start over?

Rarely. Most engagements are rebuilds — fix what's broken, add what's missing, retire what's unused. A clean-slate setup is only needed if the existing instance is genuinely unrecoverable.

How long until the team can actually use it?

4–6 weeks from kickoff to full deployment. We don't ship a CRM that needs a training course to operate. If it's not intuitive, it's not done.

Do you customise to our sales process or impose a generic one?

Customise to yours. We bring opinions on what works and where you're leaving deals on the table, but the playbook is yours to own. Our job is to make your process run reliably, not to replace it with ours.

What if our team won't use it?

Adoption is the deliverable. We train, coach, and stay close for the first 30 days because a CRM no one uses is worth nothing. If adoption is shaky, we keep working until it sticks.

Can we cancel ongoing optimisation?

Yes, 30-day rolling. Setup work is fixed-fee. The CRM, automations, dashboards, and documentation are yours forever regardless.
