Information you provide. When you contact us, book a discovery call, or sign up for our newsletter, you provide us with information such as your name, email address, company name, and role.

Automatically collected. We use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to collect information about how visitors use our site: pages viewed, referring URLs, device type, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and not personally identifying by default.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, schedule calls, send the newsletter if you've opted in, and improve our services. We use analytics data to understand site performance and decide what to improve.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

We use a small number of third-party tools to operate the site and our business: Netlify (hosting), GitHub (source control), Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps), and HubSpot (CRM, if you book a discovery call). Each handles your data under their own privacy policies.

Discovery call form submissions and email correspondence are retained in our CRM for up to 36 months after our last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Newsletter subscribers stay subscribed until they unsubscribe.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with the "Last updated" date.
