FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Why server-side tracking? Isn't client-side enough?

iOS users, ad blockers, and consent banners now break 30–50% of client-side conversion tracking. Server-side closes that gap. If you're spending more than $5K/mo on ads, the missing data is costing you optimisation, not just visibility.

Is this GDPR / privacy compliant?

Yes. We implement consent mode, anonymise where required, and document the data flow. EU visitor handling is configurable by geo.

We have HubSpot reporting. Do we still need this?

HubSpot reports on what's in HubSpot. It doesn't see paid spend, organic SEO performance, or session-level behaviour. We connect HubSpot to everything else so you get one source of truth, not seven dashboards.

What if we already use Mixpanel / Amplitude?

We can layer on top. Product analytics tools are great for funnel analysis but rarely connect to marketing attribution. We bridge them.

Can we cancel?

Monthly retainers are 30-day rolling. Setup work is fixed-fee and yours to keep — the GA4 / Stape / Looker instances stay live regardless.
